Michael F. Sexton is a partner in the firm's Life Sciences Group and Health Care Group.
Professional Experience
Michael advises pharmaceutical manufacturers, medical device companies, biotechnology companies, and life sciences venture capital firms in connection with licensing and collaboration agreements, financings, regulatory advice, and general corporate matters. Michael also represents academic medical centers, hospital systems, pharmacy benefit managers, and managed care organizations on a variety of health care regulatory matters.
Representative clients include Biogen, Daughters of Charity Health System, Express Scripts, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, RiverVest Venture Partners, Salient Surgical Technologies, Wyeth and Yale University.
Michael is a frequent speaker on health care and life sciences issues, such as Medicare Part D, PBMs, and life sciences licensing and collaboration agreements.
