Adrianne is an associate practicing in the Corporate Department and is a member of the firm’s Health Care Practice Group.

Adrianne represents a range of the firm’s health care, pharmaceutical and medical device clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and affiliations. Adrianne also represents the firm’s health care clients in tax-exempt and taxable public finance transactions.

In addition, Adrianne provides regulatory and compliance advice to health care, pharmaceutical and medical device clients. Adrianne assists clients in the development of risk assessments and compliance plans, provides advice regarding FDA review and clinical trials, and provides strategic advice to clients regarding the implementation of federal health care reform.
