Practice
Alison Tschopp Bomberg is a partner in the Corporate Department at Ropes & Gray and has been with the firm since 1994. She specializes in financing transactions, private equity and debt investments, and leveraged buyouts.
In her debt practice, Alison specializes in leveraged buyouts and structured financing transactions, representing borrowers and private equity firms. In particular, Alison advises private equity firms and portfolio companies in the use of asset backed securitizations in connection with the financing or refinancing of leveraged acquisitions.
