Amy Olson is an associate in the firm's Corporate Department and has been with the firm since 2003. Amy is in the San Francisco office, where her practice focuses on large cap and middle market financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts and other complex leveraged transactions.
Professional Experience
Amy represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a wide range of large cap and middle market financing transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, ABL facilities, mezzanine financings, and high yield debt offerings.
