Andrew represents clients in connection with a range of government enforcement investigations and civil litigation matters. In particular, he has counseled companies in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries through investigations relating to alleged off-label promotion, anti-kickback act violations and Medicare fraud. He has also advised companies and individuals in connection with civil litigation in federal and state court, including cases involving the False Claims Act and federal securities laws.

Andrew has an active pro bono practice, representing clients in federal asylum cases and state law matters.

Assisted medical device manufacturer in negotiating resolution of wide-ranging Department of Justice investigation into sales and marketing practices.
Represented major pharmaceutical and medical products manufacturer in connection with Department of Justice investigations into promotion and reporting practices.
Represented client in connection with multiple whistleblower actions under the False Claims Act.
Represented individuals in connection with multi-billion dollar securities fraud actions stemming from the 2008 financial crisis.
