Andrew Radsch joined Ropes & Gray in 2006 as an associate in the Litigation Department and is a member of its Intellectual Property Group. Andrew’s practice focuses primarily on patent and trade secret litigation.
Andrew has experience in all stages of litigation, up to and including trial, in a variety of areas, including patents, trademarks, trade secrets, unfair competition, antitrust, and securities class action. Recently, he was a core member of a Ropes & Gray team that successfully defended a blood glucose meter company at trial, obtaining a unanimous jury verdict against claims of, among others, misappropriation of trade secrets and breach of contract. Andrew’s litigation experience includes drafting motions and briefs, preparing expert reports, taking and defending fact and expert depositions, and preparing witnesses for trial.
Andrew’s pro bono practice includes representation of a film maker in a contract dispute, drafting sections of an amicus brief submitted to Peru’s Constitutional Court, and obtaining asylum for a Chadian refugee.
During law school, Andrew was an extern for the Honorable Deborah A. Batts at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
