Practice
Ann Milner is a partner in the Corporate Department at Ropes & Gray and head of the Private Equity Investment Funds Practice Group. Ann concentrates her practice in the formation and representation of private investment funds.
Professional Experience
Ann represents private investment funds, including leveraged buyout, venture, hedge and special focus funds, in their fundraising and ongoing activities. Ann also represents institutional and other investors in alternative investments. Representative clients include Absolute Return Capital, Bain Capital, Brookside Capital, Cayuga Ventures, Boston Ventures, Weston Presidio and Verizon Investment Management Corporation.
