Ann concentrates her practice in the formation and on-going representation of private investment funds, including buyout, venture, hedge, debt and special focus funds. Ann also represents institutional and other investors in connection with their private fund investments and other alternative investments. Ann is the former head of the firm's Private Investment Funds Practice Group.
