Anthony Norris is a partner in the Corporate Department. Anthony's practice focuses on representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, preferred equity investments and securities offerings. Anthony has also worked extensively with various operating companies on general corporate and governance matters.

Professional Experience

Anthony's recent transaction experience includes:
  • Representation of each of Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, Silver Lake Partners and Fenway Partners in connection with leveraged buyouts of public companies
  • Representation of Long Point Capital in connection with acquisitions of manufacturing targets, including the acquisition of assets in bankruptcy and foreclosure sales
  • Representation of Fenway Partners in connection with acquisitions of consumer products, transportation and retail brands targets
  • Representation of Veronis Suhler Stevenson in connection with acquisitions of internet and print based media companies
  • Representation of portfolio companies in connection with add on acquisitions, equity and cash management incentive plans and general corporate matter
