Paul Boltz Joins Ropes & Gray as a Partner

Demonstrating its commitment to serve its clients' growing interest in accessing Asia's dynamic capital markets, Ropes & Gray is pleased to announce that Paul W. Boltz Jr. has joined the firm's Corporate Department.
Boltz was formerly a partner in the Hong Kong office of Morrison & Foerster, where he regularly advised U.S.-listed and pre-IPO companies based in China. His practice focuses also on complex cross-border transactional matters, often with a U.S. securities component.

Boltz is admitted to the bars of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his law degree from Villanova University School of Law.
