Daniel L. Stanco is an associate in Ropes & Gray's Real Estate group. He represents leading developers, financial institutions, investment banks, and investors in connection with real estate transactions, joint ventures, preferred equity investments, mezzanine financing, warehouse lending, commercial loans, structured finance, commercial leasing, and other general real estate and corporate matters.
Professional Experience
Daniel has experience representing domestic and international clients in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, structured finance, lending, private equity, title insurance, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and commercial leasing. Daniel also represents various charitable foundations supported by the United Nations World Food Programme and Clinton Global Initiative.
