Danielle Davidson is the Head Strategic Advisor of the Advanced E-Discovery and A.I. Strategy Group, bringing over 15 years of E-Discovery experience. A leader in developing and adopting advanced technology and analytics, Danielle works with clients—including the heads of E-Discovery at global corporations—to create complex E-Discovery strategies.
Danielle has deep experience piloting and adopting advanced technologies such as concept analytics and Technology Assisted Review (TAR). She leads projects on short message review strategies, the future applied use of A.I., and technological solutions for mobile data content capture and monitoring. With respect to litigation, Danielle consults with internal and external clients on strategy involving collection, technology, document review workflow architecture and project management, project budgeting, and metrics reporting in the use of TAR and analytics. Danielle also provides clients with cutting-edge, practical guidance for minimizing regulatory and litigation risks associated with the ever-changing landscape of mobile data and associated technologies.
A creator in her own right, Danielle has helped design, develop and adopt document review workflows at Ropes & Gray, and was a key contributor to the creation of the “CMML” workflow developed by Brainspace (now Reveal). She also develops and conducts training programs for both internal and external stakeholders on a wide range of E-Discovery topics.
Danielle received an award from Ropes & Gray recognizing her commitment to providing excellent service to clients. She is an active voice in the E-Discovery community, as demonstrated by membership in ILTA, NELTP and Women in E-Discovery.
