  • Auditory Licensing v. GN Resound, et al.  On-going multi-defendant litigation involving three patents directed to digital hearing aid technology.
     
  • Infinity Computer Products, Inc. v. Ricoh Americas, et al.  Lead counsel in on-going multi-defendant litigation involving patents directed to facsimile machines that also can perform functions including scanning and printing.
     
  • 3M v. Sperian Protection Americas, et al.  Lead attorney in on-going litigation over seven patents on disposable respiratory protection devices.
     
  • Pernod Ricard USA LLC v. Bacardi USA Inc.  Lead counsel in a bench trial of false advertising claims concerning the labeling of rum products.
     
  • NBA v. Motorola. Litigation concluded after successful appeal to the 2nd Circuit which transformed the law of misappropriation in the digital information age.  Motorola defeated misappropriation, trademark and copyright infringement claims directed to its “SportsTrac” pager, which provided the scores and statistics of NBA basketball games in “real time.”
