Practice
Eric joined Ropes & Gray in 2006 as a partner in the Private Equity Group and is co-head of the Private Equity Investment Funds Practice Group. His practice focuses on the representation of venture capital and other private equity funds in all phases of their formation and operation.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Eric was a partner at a prominent Silicon Valley law firm. He has written and spoken on a variety of securities law and other matters relating to private equity funds. Eric began his legal career at a major New York City law firm.
