Fred Becker was a partner from 1975 until his retirement on December 31, 2003.
As a member of the Tax & Benefits Department, Fred focused on matters relating to partnerships, corporations, real estate transactions, and all forms of financial instruments. Before joining Ropes & Gray, Fred was with the Office of Tax Legislative Counsel of the U.S. Treasury and the Appellate Division of the Department of Justice.
