Geoff Mason joined Ropes & Gray in 2005 as an associate in the Private Client Group. Geoff’s practice focuses on estate planning, estate settlement, trust administration and charitable gift planning. Geoff works closely with a variety of high net worth clients, including corporate executives, entrepreneurs, private equity and venture capital principals and owners of closely-held businesses, to develop and implement estate and gift plans that meet their personal and financial goals in a tax-efficient manner. Geoff also advises trust companies and planned giving offices of major non-profit organizations with respect to charitable trust administration and planned giving. Geoff’s recent speaking engagements include presentations on year-end giving at the Boston Bar Association and estate tax and charitable giving developments at the SSgA 2010 and 2011 Annual Gift Planning Conferences.
