George Raine is a partner in the Corporate Department focusing on regulatory and transactional matters in the investment management industry. His practice includes the representation of U.S. and non-U.S. investment advisers, open- and closed-end investment companies and their trustees, private investment pools, and broker-dealers.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Ropes & Gray in 2005, George practiced in the investment management practice group of a Boston law firm and in the New York and Frankfurt offices of a law firm based in New York.
