Greg joined Ropes & Gray in 2005 as an associate in the firm’s Boston office, where he practices in the Corporate Department. Greg’s practice primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions and private equity financings.
Professional Experience
Greg has represented publicly and privately held companies, and underwriters. He also has experience with venture capital financings and with mergers and acquisitions involving both publicly and privately held companies.
Prior to practicing law, Greg was a Supervising Engineer with the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management. He supervised the Rhode Island Remediation Program and Brownfields Redevelopment Program, which regulated the remediation and facilitated the reuse of contaminated properties, respectively. He also negotiated settlement agreements and land use restrictions with performing parties and prospective purchasers.
