Practice
Jane Goldstein, a partner in the Corporate Department of Ropes & Gray since 1998, and currently head of the firm’s Retail & Consumer Brands Group, advises a wide range of public and private companies and private equity funds on a variety of issues. She specializes in securities law, including public offerings and private equity investments, and mergers and acquisitions. Jane frequently counsels these clients in their domestic and foreign investment activities. In addition, she has a considerable amount of experience counseling U.S. companies in the retail and consumer products and high-tech industries.

- Representing the acquirers in the acquisition of OSI Restaurant Partners Inc.
- Representing Reebok International Ltd. in its sale to adidas.
- Representing Domino’s Pizza, Inc. in its initial public offering.
