Practice
Jane Goldstein, a partner in the Corporate Department of Ropes & Gray since 1998, and currently head of the firm’s Retail & Consumer Brands Group, advises a wide range of public and private companies on a variety of issues. She focuses on mergers & acquisitions, securities law, including public offerings, and private equity investments. In addition, she has a considerable amount of experience counseling U.S. companies in the retail and consumer products industry. Jane is also the Chair of the Firm's Women's Forum and a member of the Diversity Committee.

- Represented Berkshire Partners, Advent International Corporation and Bain Capital in their acquisition of Skillsoft PLC
- Represented Green Mountain Coffee Roasters in its acquisition of Timothy's Coffees of the World, Inc.
- Represented Dunkin Donuts in its sale of Togo’s
- Represented the acquirers in the acquisition of OSI Restaurant Partners Inc.
- Represented Domino’s Pizza, Inc. in its $1 billion leveraged recapitalization
- Represented Timberland in its acquisition of SmartWool Corporation
- Represented Reebok International Ltd. in its sale to Adidas
