Practice
Jay Kim joined Ropes & Gray in 2006 as a partner in the Corporate Department where he focuses his practice on financing transactions. He concentrates on leveraged buy-out and other highly leveraged transactions.
Professional Experience
Jay has represented private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, corporate borrowers, syndicated credit facility arrangers and agents, investment banks and secured lenders. He has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating syndicated credit facilities, bridge financings, high-yield debt offerings, subordinated debt and mezzanine financings, restructurings, workouts and structured transactions.
