Jesse Fecker's practice focuses on patent prosecution and patent opinion drafting in the fields of chemistry, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.
Professional Experience
Jesse conducted his graduate research in Bioinorganic Chemistry, focusing on metal-ligand binding interactions and the detection of nitric oxide using iron dithiocarbamate complexes. Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, he was a patent agent at a firm specializing in intellectual property, where he drafted and prosecuted patent applications and prepared freedom to operate, patentability, non-infringement and invalidity opinions.
