John represents health care clients facing criminal and civil investigations from various federal and state agencies and regulatory authorities and has also litigated civil claims under the False Claims Act arising from these investigations. John also handles civil proceedings and arbitrations for corporate clients in business disputes. Additionally, John has represented corporate clients in anti-trust litigation and in securing professional liability insurance for the company and its officers.

Represented a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company in a criminal investigation and in accompanying civil litigation for alleged off-label promotion and provision of illegal kickbacks for several drugs.
Represented a medical device manufacturer in a civil investigation related to Medicare billing.
Represented a pharmaceutical company facing a criminal investigation for alleged off-label promotion and violations of the Anti-Kickback Statute and participated in accompanying internal investigation.
Represented technology start-up in arbitration and follow-on civil litigation in a breach of contract dispute with its major customer and former employee.
Represented several hedge funds in securing professional liability insurance.
