John Ritsher became a partner in 1969 and retired on December 31, 1999.
John practiced general corporate and business law concentrated on the representation of New England utility companies in federal regulatory matters, including proceedings under the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 1935 and the Atomic Energy Act of 1954.
