Katherine Saral joined Ropes & Gray in 2006 as an associate practicing in the Corporate Department's Health Care Group. Katherine works closely with community hospitals, health systems and academic medical centers on a wide range of regulatory and compliance issues, including fraud and abuse, reimbursement, clinical research and licensure matters. Katherine's practice also involves representation of health care providers and securities underwriters in equity and debt financings, asset acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate transactions, with a particular emphasis on tax-exempt bond financings.
