Practice
Larry Rowe concentrates his practice on structuring and analyzing private debt and equity investments, investment fund formation and investments, leveraged buyouts, venture capital investments, and international transactions. He also has extensive experience in organizing funds of funds. Larry has co-chaired the firm's Private Equity Group and the firm's Venture Capital Group.
Professional Experience
Larry's clients include some of the largest endowment funds in the country, funds of funds, investment funds and other institutional investors and advisers, such as Harvard University, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Charlesbank Capital Partners, Summit Rock and Partners Group.
