Practice
Larry Rogers is a partner in Ropes & Gray's Intellectual Property Group. He joined Ropes & Gray as a result of its 2005 merger with Fish & Neave, which he had been associated with since 1975. During Larry's more than 30 years of professional experience, he has been trial counsel in numerous patent, trade secret, copyright, and computer fraud litigations relating primarily to high-technology electronics, computer systems and software, telecommunications, semiconductor technology, the Internet, e-commerce, and financial systems. Larry also regularly advises clients concerning intellectual property licensing, asset management, due diligence, patent validity and infringement, and patent prosecution.
Professional Experience
Larry’s litigation experience encompasses a broad range of technologies including microprocessors, computer hardware and software, linear and digital integrated circuits, semiconductor processing, the Internet, modems, telephony, security systems, video systems, graphics, animation, financial services, and trading systems.
