Practice
Larry Bragg, a Ropes & Gray partner in the Corporate Department since 1983, focuses on public finance, debt financing, and banking and other lending activities.
Professional Experience
Larry practices principally in the areas of debt financing and public finance. His debt financing practice consists primarily of representing lenders and borrowers in syndicated and other bank agreements and representing placement agents and investors in private placements. In 2009 he has been advising clients on the debt and other aspects of the Term Asset-Backed Securities Loan Facility of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the Public-Private Investment Program of the United States Treasury. In his public finance practice he serves as bond counsel to the Massachusetts Port Authority.
