Practice
Mark Nuccio, a partner since 1993, is a member of the Corporate Department, where he represents an array of clients from diverse industries that range from banking and financial services to sports. His practice is primarily devoted to advancing the business needs of companies and organizations. Mark's broad corporate practice includes acquisitions and dispositions, public offerings and other financing transactions for issuers, underwriters and investors, organizing new ventures, intellectual property licensing, and general representation of public and private companies. He has extensive experience with public company disclosure and reporting, bank holding company regulation, the organization and early-stage financing ventures of new entities, and the formation of complex joint ventures. He is a member of the firm’s Hiring Group.
Professional Experience
A valued and trusted advisor, Mark has developed client relationships that are enduring. He has advised State Street for more than fifteen years on novel public offerings, including regulatory capital instruments, and complex acquisitions and dispositions, including the recent sale of CitiStreet, a leading retirement benefit service provider. He represents CrossHarbor Capital Partners, a successful alternative investment management firm, and has done so from the time of its organization more than a decade ago, including in connection with the creation and eventual sale of Winmark Equipment Finance joint venture with Mass Mutual. He represented e-Dialog, a successful venture-backed e-mail marketing company that weathered the dot com bust, from its organization in the 90’s through its 2008 sale to GSI Commerce. For more than a decade, he has represented The Martignetti Companies, a leading distributor of wine and spirits, in connection with their major transactions, including their recent acquisition of United Liquors. EasCorp, a corporate credit union specializing in meeting the needs of other credit unions, has turned to Mark for advice with respect to a wide range of matters for more than fifteen years. Mark’s record of high levels of client retention is due, in part, to the firm’s culture of teamwork that encourages other firm lawyers, with experience in fields beyond Mark’s expertise, to be part of effective client service teams.
