Matt is a seasoned trial lawyer and commercial litigator who represents leading corporations, private equity sponsors, hedge funds, and public companies in high-stakes business disputes across the United States. His practice spans complex antitrust litigation, securities enforcement and class action defense, bankruptcy and restructuring litigation, and corporate governance and fiduciary duty matters. Matt regularly serves as lead litigation counsel in cases involving the technology, biotech, and healthcare industries, and he has tried cases to verdict in both state and federal courts nationwide.
Matt has deep experience litigating issues at the forefront of antitrust and competition law, including algorithmic pricing litigation, monopolization claims, and conspiracy and boycott allegations. He also maintains an active securities enforcement practice, advising asset management firms and investment funds on SEC and other governmental investigations, insider trading inquiries, and related regulatory matters.
