Biography
Mike’s practice focuses on representing private equity funds in leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, divestures and other investment transactions. He also advises public companies on general corporate and transactional matters, including securities laws compliance, acquisitions and dispositions. Mike regularly works with Audax Group, Bain Capital, Berkshire Partners and Johnson & Johnson.
