Natasha is a senior associate in the tax department. Natasha’s practice focuses on advising domestic and non-U.S. fund sponsors in connection with the formation and operation of private equity, hedge funds, fund-of-funds and real estate funds. Natasha also advises non-U.S. and tax-exempt clients in connection with joint venture structures, including investments in real estate involving REITs.

Representative Clients and Matters

  • Represented Blackstone Alternative Asset Management in formation of their funds and hedge fund seed investments.
  • Represented Harvard University in a number of U.S. real estate co-investments.
