Othon Prounis is a member of the Corporate Department and Co-Head of the firm's Private Equity Transactions practice. Othon concentrates in mergers and acquisitions, securities and transactional work primarily for private equity funds and their portfolio companies. He also has extensive experience in the health care sector. He has represented Welsh Carson Anderson & Stowe, Silver Lake Partners, Citicorp Venture Capital, Mass Mutual Capital Partners, the New York City Investment Fund and Ontario Teachers Pension Plan.
