Patrick O’Brien is co-head of the firm’s Securities and Public Companies practice. He concentrates his practice on the life science, healthcare and technology practice areas representing public and private companies, underwriters and investors. Patrick has extensive experience representing life science, healthcare, technology companies and underwriters in connection with public and private equity and debt offerings, as well as mergers and acquisitions. He also focuses on assisting companies and universities with licensing, sales of royalty streams, and the negotiation of joint ventures.
