Paulo J. Marnoto joined Ropes & Gray in 2000 and is counsel to the Corporate Department and a member of the firm's Private Investment Funds Group and Banking Group. Paul has extensive experience in the areas of fund formation and fund investing, venture capital, buyout and international transactions, general corporate law, securities transactions, and securities law compliance.
