Practice
Rom Watson has been a partner in the Tax & Benefits Department at Ropes & Gray since 1993 concentrating on the international tax area, including cross-border financial products, transfer pricing, and multinational transactions.
Professional Experience
From 1988 through 1991, Rom practiced in the Office of Tax Policy at the U.S. Department of the Treasury where he was appointed Associate International Tax Counsel. Mr. Watson has extensive experience in the international tax area, advising clients that include large and medium-sized multinational companies, global investors, and financial institutions. He focuses on the areas of cross-border financial products, transfer pricing, and multinational transactions.
