Practice
Ron Groves became a partner in the Tax & Benefits Department in 1978, and retired on December 31, 2007. Ron focused his practices in the areas of private equity investment, executive compensation and tax-exempt financing. Ron is a former head of the Tax & Benefits Department, and a former co-head of the Private Investment Funds Group.
Honors & Awards
Professional & Civic Activities
Ron has written a treatise on executive compensation and has spoken extensively on the subject. He has also lectured frequently in the area of tax-exempt financing and formerly chaired several American Bar Association Tax Section Task Forces on that subject.
