Industry-leading clients turn to Sarah as a trusted thought partner when tackling asset management M&A, GP-led transactions, joint ventures, minority interest sales, and other high-stakes matters. She excels at structuring complex incentive compensation and equity ownership arrangements.

Beyond client work, Sarah helps shape the future of Ropes & Gray as its co-hiring partner.

Deeply engaged with the broader asset management community, Sarah chairs the New York City Bar's Committee on Private Investment Funds and speaks regularly at conferences, forums, and seminars. Sarah is passionate about her alma maters: the University of Michigan, where she met her husband, and NYU Law, where she serves as a Trustee.
