Practice
Tom Draper is a partner in the Corporate Department of Ropes & Gray, specializing in financing transactions. Tom is the chair of the firm's Debt Financing practice group.
Professional Experience
He represents banks and borrowers in large syndicated debt financings, often in leveraged acquisitions, and represents lenders and issuers in mezzanine and subordinated debt transactions. Tom also advises funds and other debt purchasers on their market purchasers of indebtedness. In addition, Tom works with venture capitalists in investments in startup and middle-market companies, and counsels technology and start-up clients.
