Practice
Tom Draper is a partner in the Corporate Department of Ropes & Gray, focusing on financing transactions. Tom is the chair of the firm's Debt Financing practice group.
Professional Experience
He represents banks and borrowers in large syndicated debt financings, typically in leveraged acquisitions. He also represents issuers in high yield investment grade bond issuances and lenders and issuers in mezzanine debt transactions. Tom advises funds and other debt purchasers on their market purchasers of indebtedness. In addition, Tom works with venture capitalists in investments in startup and middle-market companies, and counsels technology and start-up clients.
