During his time at Ropes & Gray, Vincent Palladino brought more than 30 years of experience to matters involving trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition, and false advertising. Prior to his retirement in 2011, his practice included litigation in both the federal courts and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, counseling, licensing, prosecution, and transactional matters. Over the years, Vince helped make new law by prevailing for clients including Motorola, in a groundbreaking copyright infringement and unfair competition case brought by the NBA, and HBO in a trademark infringement case against Showtime. Clients that Vincent has represented include, Pernod Ricard, Rockefeller Group, Gillette, and Coca-Cola Co.
