Practice
Vincent Palladino is a partner in Ropes & Gray's Intellectual Property Group. Vince joined Ropes & Gray in 2005 when it merged with Fish & Neave, where he was a partner.
Vince has been practicing trademark, copyright, unfair competition and false advertising law since 1975. His practice includes litigation, counseling, licensing and transactional work. He is a former editor-in-chief of The Trademark Reporter and has written widely on trademarks including particularly genericness, secondary meaning and the use of surveys.
