Peter Baldwin is co-head of the firm’s special situations practice. He advises clients on a broad range of innovative special situations, private equity, public and private M&A and joint venture transactions. 

He also advises on a wide cross-section of corporate finance, shareholder, restructuring and corporate governance issues.
