Molly Gachignard joined the litigation department as an associate in 2016. Prior to joining the firm, Molly worked as a legislative aide in the Massachusetts House of Representatives. During law school, Molly worked with a small criminal defense firm in Boston and a solo practitioner in South Carolina. Molly was a member of the Northeastern University Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Molly toured the United States and Canada as a pianist and conductor on the national tour of Wicked.
Molly maintains an active pro bono practice. She is representing transgender clients in their name change matters, as well as an asylum seeker.

- Assisting in the representation of two global investment management firms in shareholder litigation.
