Talia Nissimyan

Associate

Talia Nissimyan joined Ropes & Gray in 2016 as an associate in the litigation department. Before joining the firm, Talia served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert W. Sweet in the Southern District of New York, where she worked on both criminal and civil matters.

During law school, Talia worked at Human Rights Watch in its Terrorism/Counterterrorism Department, and served as senior book reviews and essays editor of the California Law Review and co-chair of the Berkeley Law Queer Caucus. Talia holds a masters degree from University of Chicago’s Committee on International Relations.
