    Harry Rubin is the co-head of the firm's international practice group. He is a globally recognized authority on IP strategy, transactions and financing, and technology commercialization. Harry is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) President’s Task Force on the Future of Legal Services and former co-chair of the Technology Committee of the IBA.

    Harry has extensive experience in the representation of leading private equity firms and financial institutions, technology and life science companies, and IT users in acquisitions, mergers, spin-outs, financings, strategic alliances, technology transfers, licensing, VAR, OEM, systems integration, applications development and maintenance (ADM), supply side and manufacturing outsourcing, and IP protection and commercialization. He has represented clients, ranging from startups to multinationals, in the automotive, FinTech, travel, defense, software, bio-information, advanced materials, life sciences, health IT, medical device, entertainment, semiconductor, electronics, publishing, branded and consumer products, luxury goods, communications, and Internet sectors. He has published extensively on international business transactions, outsourcing, joint ventures, technology transfers, licensing, Internet law and intellectual property. Harry's book International Technology Transfers (Kluwer Law International) is widely considered the standard reference text in the field. He is a frequent speaker on these topics in leading conferences worldwide.
