  • Represented Thomas H. Lee Partners in connection with obtaining debt financing for its acquisition of Healthcare Staffing Services, a healthcare staffing service company, from Altaris Capital Partners.
  • Represented Bain Capital in connection with obtaining debt financing for its acquisition of TI Automotive, a leading provider of automotive fluid storage, carrying and delivery systems for passenger cars and light trucks.
  • Represented TPG Capital in connection with obtaining debt financing for its acquisition of J.Crew.
  • Represented Summit Partners in connection with obtaining secured financing for its investment in ABILITY Network Inc., a leading provider of web-based workflow solutions for health care providers.
  • Represented Bain Capital in connection with obtaining senior secured and unsecured high yield bond financing for its acquisition of Blue Coat Systems, an IT security solutions provider, from Thoma Bravo.
  • Represented Audax Group in multiple acquisition financings, including in connection with acquisitions of a provider of addiction treatment services and a leading national provider of refractive surgery.
  • Represented Bain Capital in connection with obtaining debt financing for its acquisition of TOMS Shoes, a shoe and eyewear manufacturer and philanthropic entity. 
  • Represented Bain Capital in connection with obtaining debt financing for its investment in Canada Goose.
  • Other recent representative transactions include senior and mezzanine financings for several middle market leveraged buyouts and related add-on acquisitions.
