Kiran Sharma

Partner

Kiran Sharma is a partner in the private equity transactions group in London. Her practice focuses on private equity co-investments, public to private transactions and mergers and acquisitions.

Kiran’s clients represent some of the largest global private capital investors, including private equity funds, special situations funds, asset managers, sovereign wealth funds and family offices. Kiran’s practice covers a number of sectors with a focus on healthcare, pharmaceutical and consumer deals.

  • Acting for TSG Consumer Partners on its acquisition of a minority stake in BrewDog, a Scottish craft beer
  • Acting for TPG Capital on its investment in Saxo Bank
  • Acting for Altamont Capital on its acquisition of McLarens Young International, a provider of insurance services
