Alexa Voskerichian joined Ropes & Gray in 2016. Alexa advises private fund managers and institutional investors on ERISA and fiduciary issues, including ERISA fiduciary compliance, the prohibited transaction rules and related exemptions, and DOL guidance on plan investments and environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) considerations. Alexa regularly advises clients on the structure, formation and operation of private equity funds, hedge funds, credit funds and real estate funds and investments therein, including funds intended to comply with the Venture Capital Operating Company (VCOC) or Real Estate Operating Company (REOC) exemptions or the so-called ERISA “25% test.”
