UK IP Office publishes UPC IT Tender Notice

The UK IP Office (IPO) published a tender notice for the procurement of the UPC’s IT system. The notice details three procurement lots: hosting services, website development, and an eFiling/case management system. The goal is to have a flexible IT system that can easily function with other software from UPC hosting states.
Suppliers can submit their expressions of interest through a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) in the IPO’s
tender portal, which will be reviewed by the IPO in February 2015.
