Johannes Karcher, coordinator of the Legal Framework working group, and Kevin Mooney, Chair of the Drafting Committee presented the 18th Draft Rules at the July 10th, 2015 meeting of the UPC Preparatory Committee. CJEU Rejects Spanish Challenge
