Abby Alfaro joined Ropes & Gray's corporate department in 2021. Abby's practice is focused on representing public and private companies and investors in a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactional matters, including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, private equity investments, and other strategic transactions and corporate governance matters. Abby additionally advises public and private companies on ESG, corporate social responsibility, business and human rights and supply chain compliance matters.

- Represented Medtronic in its acquisition of Affera, a cardiac ablation solutions company, for $925 million.
- Represented Castanea Partners in its sale of Yasso, a premium frozen Greek yogurt brand, to Unilever.
- Represented LPL Financial, the nation's largest independent broker-dealer network, in several strategic transactions of investment advisory and financial planning firms.
- Represented Toast Inc. in connection with the acquisition of Delphi Technologies, a restaurant hardware and software business.
