Nancy Attalla joined Ropes & Gray's IP litigation practice group in 2021. Nancy’s practice focuses on patent infringement litigation and PTAB proceedings. Her experience in patent prosecution gives her a wholistic understanding of patent disputes both in district court and the PTAB. Nancy also maintains a strong pro bono practice assisting individuals receive asylum status and protecting indignant residents of the San Francisco Bay Area from landlord harassment. During law school, Nancy served as a patent prosecution intern at Samsung Research America, as well as a research assistant to several professors.
